Key Responsibilities- Google Analytics Expertise: Be the subject matter expert on Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, and Google Data Studio tools, ensuring seamless data collection and analysis.
- Report Production: Develop and deliver high-quality, monthly and ad-hoc user website behavior reports, complete with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Data Storytelling: Present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner, enabling stakeholders to make informed business decisions.
- KPI Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure strategy performance and support business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with digital stakeholders to understand their analysis and insight requirements, continually evolving our offering to meet their needs.
- Technical Collaboration: Partner with agency partners, IT, and data teams to enhance reporting and performance measurement, conducting detailed analysis as required.
- Analytics Quality Assurance: Debug, prioritize, and escalate analytics defects to ensure accurate data capture and tracking.
- Digital Data Advocacy: Champion the use of digital data and online measurement within the Marketing Team and wider business, assisting in workshops and presentations to drive adoption.
- Data Mining and Segmentation: Manage, segment, and mine data from third-party tools to support CRM and email campaigns based on behavior and user trends.
- Commercial Experience: Proven experience with Google Analytics, particularly GTM, GA4, and Google Data Studio (minimum of 3 years).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Previous experience working with cross-functional teams and an understanding of the data intricacies required.
- Technical Skills: Be an Excel super user, comfortable upskilling colleagues as needed.
- A/B Testing Knowledge: Familiarity with A/B testing processes, particularly their use within user funnels.
- Analytics Best Practices: Understanding of common web and marketing analytics best practices.
