Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Planner to join our team at Hewett Recruitment. As a Materials Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the introduction of a new SAP system and ensuring supply capability and helping to achieve full potential in production and strategy targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting finished goods planning for in-house production and purchased merchandise.
- Managing demand determination, order triggering, goods receipt, and inventory monitoring.
- Handling invoice management for purchased items and managing delivery dates.
- Troubleshooting delivery problems to ensure smooth operations.
- Creating reports for active customer communication.
- Participating in the technical, conceptual, and operational control of the scheduling process.
- Involvement in the implementation of target processes and optimizing existing logistics and disposition processes.
- Defining minimum stock quantities in coordination with internal colleagues.
Requirements:
- Experience with SAP implementation or the APO module (essential).
- Familiarity with SAP language, system architecture, and data flows.
- Exposure to change management and AS-IS: TO-BE Modelling for gap analysis.
- Experience in data sheet/data management.
- Experience in a similar industry, preferably construction, process industry, or FMCG.
- Willingness and ability to travel abroad for training.
