Job Title: Franchise Performance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Franchise Performance Manager to join our team at Accoravillage. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and influencing franchisees to maximize profitability and growth in their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Consistently evaluate assigned portfolio to determine areas of opportunity and perform periodic business reviews to celebrate achievements, review areas of opportunity, and discuss future directives.
  • Franchisee Support: Educate, motivate, and influence franchisees to drive restaurant operations and profitability, including brand initiative direction, local store marketing guidance, training, operations, P&L review, metric reviews, goal setting, and more.
  • Brand Standards: Ensure brand standards and initiatives are being communicated and cascaded throughout the assigned portfolio.
  • Relationship Building: Coach, counsel, influence, and motivate franchisees on a portfolio level basis, provide guidance to franchisees to grow their business, and develop productive working relationships with franchisees, territory team members, and HQ employees.
  • Development: Provide guidance to franchisees throughout the equipment & design process, including directing franchisees to correct point of contacts, working with the development team to ensure store layout maximizes commercial opportunities, efficiency, and guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Business Analysis, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ year multi-site restaurant experience (20+ units) or 3 years large format food retail leadership preferred.
  • Skills: Strong business and financial acumen, market awareness, technical proficiencies in software (Microsoft Office Suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and ability to work autonomously.
