Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Maintenance Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our critical services infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all critical services assets are in good working order and meet relevant performance metrics.
  • Provide technical support to electrical engineers and other maintenance personnel.
  • Compile and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and discuss with clients.
  • Schedule and communicate maintenance shifts in advance, including forming part of an escalation process for incidents.
  • Support shift rota duties as needed to ensure 24/7/52 operations.
  • Report incidents and ensure satisfactory close-out with corrective actions.
  • Raise change controls with 100% accuracy and represent changes for works approval.
  • Track and compile relevant information for the weekly critical services report.
Requirements
  • City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in a similar role within a data centre or critical environment with a proven track record in planned and reactive works.
  • Previous experience as an authorized person for HV/LV systems.
  • Excellent people management skills and ability to manage sub-contractors and supply chain.
  • Fully conversant with current H&S legislation and process management systems.
  • Understanding of asset management information systems and remote monitoring integrated technology.
  • IT literate in MS Office.
  • Holder of a full and valid driving license.
