Job Summary:

CaterShaw Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning clientele.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, storage, and inventory of all food and beverage supplies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Staff Supervision: Train, develop, and motivate a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and quality dishes.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control food and labor costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

  • Culinary Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, management, and guests.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality in all aspects of kitchen operations.
