We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to support our Executive Chef in delivering exceptional fine dining experiences at our events venue in London.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in Michelin-starred or 3 AA rosette restaurants
  • A pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
  • A passion for fresh food, seasonal ingredients, and sustainability
  • Good knowledge of allergen, food, and health safety legislation
  • Skills in bread making, fine dining desserts, and petit fours
  • Ability to work at pace and support the smooth delivery of events for circa 90 covers
  • Administrative skills, including stock takes, wastage reporting, and temperature logging

We offer a competitive salary of £21.00 dependent on experience, with varying hours Monday to Friday only. If you are a talented Pastry Chef looking for a new challenge, please apply.
