Avocet Legal Careers is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join our client's office in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, reputable firm with multiple offices across Somerset & Dorset.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a full caseload of Commercial Property matters independently
- Undertake business development and marketing opportunities
- Manage junior members of the team
- Consistently achieve/exceed billing targets
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Commercial and/or Agricultural Property law
- Agricultural Property experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to manage a team or desire to do so
- Client-focused with excellent relationship-building skills
- Local connections and knowledge of the area are advantageous
- Business development and marketing skills/experience
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle for commuting between offices
