Avocet Legal Careers & Avocet Commercial Careers is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join our client's office in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years' PQE to progress their career.

• Manage a full caseload of Commercial Property matters independently
• Run a full caseload from instruction to post-completion
• Undertake business development and marketing opportunities
• Manage junior members of the team
• Consistently achieve/exceed billing targets

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years PQE gained within Commercial and/or Agricultural Property law
• Ideal experience in Agricultural Property (but not essential)

This is a great opportunity to join a large, highly reputable firm with multiple offices across Somerset & Dorset. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress to Associate or Salaried Partner level.
