LRQA is a leading global assurance provider, dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and governance services to our clients. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Technical Quality and Governance function, ensuring that our commercial operations meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the global Technical Quality and Governance function to ensure strategic and commercial alignment with the business, while preserving accreditation and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor performance against standards and procedures to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure LRQA's licence to operate is maintained through effective accreditation management with external bodies.
  • Develop and implement quality and governance strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Establish and promote a high-end quality culture across LRQA globally, sharing knowledge and industry best practices to build and maintain our brand and technical integrity.
  • Represent LRQA business interests with external accreditation bodies and sector schemes to build and maintain a strong network and credibility across the industry.
  • Collaborate with functions across LRQA globally to ensure consistency in the development and delivery of our global services and client experience.
  • Lead, manage and develop team members to build capacity and capability through recruitment, performance management, talent/succession planning, training and development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a quality and governance leadership role, with a strong track record of driving business improvement and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality and governance issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
