Speech and Language Therapist for Children with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and/or a diagnosis of autism.
Key Responsibilities- Perform and analyse complex assessments to inform clinical decisions
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support individuals with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support to children and young people
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice within the service
- Speech and Language Therapy degree and registration with HCPC
- Significant postgraduate experience in speciality services
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including observation, listening, counselling, and empathy skills
- Ability to analyse complex assessment information and make specialist clinical decisions
