Job Summary:

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join its team as an In-House Employment Solicitor. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable insurance firm in south London, advising on a wide range of employment law matters.

About the Role:

As an In-House Employment Solicitor, you will be working closely with corporate and SME clients, providing expert advice on employment law matters. This will include:

  • TUPE Transfers: advising on the implications of TUPE transfers and ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
  • Redundancy and Restructuring: providing guidance on redundancy procedures and restructuring plans.
  • Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures: advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, including investigations and hearings.
  • Flexible Working: providing guidance on flexible working arrangements, including part-time and full-time working.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years PQE: a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience as a solicitor or legal executive.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
  • Ability to Commute: the ability to commute to the office 1 day per week minimum.
