About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team, working with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and complex learning difficulties.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEN in a learning environment, providing individualized assistance and care.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering a love of learning and social skills.
Requirements
  • A sound knowledge of Literacy and Numeracy, with a good educational background (CACHE L3 or above).
  • Experience working with students with moderate and complex learning difficulties, or relevant skills and training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • A positive attitude, sense of humor, and willingness to learn new skills.
  • A high standard of written and spoken English.
