We are actively looking for skilled Civil & Structural Engineers to enhance our capabilities across the UK. In the realm of Water Industry initiatives, your role will encompass evaluating civil, structural, pipeline, and MECIA assets, formulating investment strategies, and crafting innovative solutions. This sector presents exciting opportunities for RPS, particularly with recent successes like the Scottish Water Asset Inspection framework.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing structural inspection initiatives
  • Partnering with the innovation team to test novel methodologies
  • Contributing to various design phases of work packages
  • Offering technical expertise across multiple projects
  • Formulating technical strategies for clients
  • Coordinating with specialized disciplines
  • Guiding junior team members
  • Facilitating project execution
  • Keeping abreast of the latest technical advancements

About You:

  • BEng or MEng in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or nearing it
  • Experience in consulting engineering
  • Familiarity with engineering design protocols
  • Background in civil/structural inspections
  • Knowledge of BS/EN standards
  • Proficiency in relevant data analysis tools
  • Valid UK driving license
