Position: Graduate Product Consultant

We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a skilled bilingual graduate to join our team as a Graduate Product Consultant at a leading innovative software technology company.

In this position, you will work closely with the sales department to deliver Proof of Concepts and support live customer initiatives for a machine learning platform.


Location:
Central London – Hybrid work model

Compensation:
£30,000 - £32,000 plus benefits including healthcare and pension
Qualifications for Graduate Product Consultant:
  • A minimum of a 2.1 degree from a prestigious university in a STEM or Law-related field
  • At least ABB at A-Level or equivalent UCAS points (please include A-Level grades on your CV).
  • Proficiency in English and either Spanish or German
  • Basic knowledge of scripting in Python or Bash
  • Strong customer interaction skills
  • A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
  • High aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams, particularly the technical team
  • Oversee live customer projects from initial planning to final evaluation
  • Provide training to both new and existing customers
  • Offer workflow guidance to customers utilizing the product
  • Identify and pursue significant new project opportunities
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to the technical team as necessary
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's technology to assist customers with data import/export
  • Regularly update the management team on account statuses
