Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Support senior consultants in delivering projects to clients, gathering and analyzing data, and developing business cases.
  2. Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  3. Contribute to the development of business strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge to drive business results.

What We're Looking For

  1. A minimum of a bachelor's degree and/or post-graduate degree (any discipline) or equivalent qualification or experience.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  4. A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
