Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Multi Trades Recruitment.

About the Role:

The Resident Liaison Officer will be responsible for building strong relationships with residents, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing their concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, including verbal and written communication.
  • Provide support and guidance to residents on various issues, including housing policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve resident complaints and concerns.
  • Conduct regular outreach and engagement activities to build trust and rapport with residents.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on resident interactions and concerns.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Community Development, or Public Administration.
  • Previous experience in community engagement, resident relations, or social services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of housing policy, legislation, and regulations governing social housing programs and tenant rights. Familiarity with best practices in community engagement, participatory decision-making, and conflict resolution techniques. Certification or training in community engagement, conflict resolution, social work, or related fields can be an asset.
