Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician

Synced is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Crawley. As a key member of our residential property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodation buildings, utilities, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance work, including carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing, electrical, and decorating tasks.
  • Conduct fault finding and repairs, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety processes and responsibilities.
  • Replace light switches, light bulbs, and fixtures, and deal with emergencies and unplanned problems.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Basic plumbing and electrics knowledge.
  • Joinery and painting and decorating skills.
  • Grounds maintenance experience.
  • Health, safety, and environmental awareness.
Requirements:
  • Proficient computer skills to record and monitor works.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
