Holt Executive is looking for a Global Compliance Coordinator to engage with a diverse array of internal and external partners to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices in areas such as the Export Compliance program for the international operations.
Key Responsibilities for the Global Compliance Coordinator:
- Oversee and manage the administration and regulation of exports for controlled items, software, and technology. This involves liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth integration with business processes and transactions.
- Assist the Compliance team in performing Know Your Customer (KYC) evaluations.
- Ensure that all systems and documentation utilized for export monitoring and control are effectively maintained in accordance with established protocols.
- Support the Senior Export Control Manager on compliance-related matters, particularly in the areas detailed below.
- Ensure compliance with all pertinent policies and procedures regarding export control. Verify that policies are followed and that all necessary registrations are accurately maintained.
- Provide administrative support to the compliance team, including the upkeep of training records for local personnel.
- Conduct annual self-assessments to identify potential gaps and risks in all areas of responsibility and communicate findings to the team.
- Assist the Senior Export Control Manager in executing internal export control audits across key exporting hubs.
- Collaborate with the Senior Export Control Manager and other departments on specific projects as needed.
Key Skills and Experience Required for the Global Compliance Coordinator:
- Familiarity with the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations.
