  • Represent the Trust on midwifery and maternity issues, ensuring effective communication and partnership working

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Registered Midwife with NMC registration
  • Qualified to Masters level or equivalent
  • Postgraduate management qualification or substantial relevant experience at senior level
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and evaluate complex information
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and involve individuals and teams
