Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced National Account Executive to join our team at MacGregor Black. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic growth plans to enhance product distribution across key accounts in the grocery sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Take full ownership of your account portfolio, aiming to meet and exceed Net Sales Value and Gross Margin KPIs.
- Category Growth: Work with the Category team to analyse performance data, identifying opportunities for category growth and implementing strategic plans to enhance product distribution.
- Shopper and Trade Marketing: Partner with the Marketing team to develop and execute shopper and trade marketing strategies that boost brand visibility and sales.
- Market Opportunity Identification: Spot market opportunities for new product development and work with commercial colleagues to introduce innovative concepts.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a similar account management role or as a Junior NAM, with a demonstrable growth mindset and achievements.
- Expertise in FMCG negotiations, structured selling, and managing buyer relationships and proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Excellent skills in managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring clear, effective communication and thrives in a small team environment with high responsibility.
What We Offer
Salary circa £55k + car allowance + benefits.
