At Greencore Group Ltd, we pride ourselves on being the leading manufacturer of private label cooking sauces and pickles in the UK. With a rich history dating back to 1914, our Selby site produces over 160 million units annually across 600 diverse product lines for major retailers.
Compensation Details
Overtime is calculated after 36 hours a week at a rate of x1.25
Night shift - £16.52 per hour (increases to £17 upon achieving required skill level)
Key Responsibilities
- Mixing ingredients and raw materials in commercial kettles to produce high-quality sauces.
- Adhering to recipes and specifications to ensure consistency across batches.
- Meeting output targets while efficiently executing assigned tasks.
- Contributing to enhanced line performance and operational efficiencies.
- Upholding exemplary standards of Housekeeping, Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene.
- Addressing and resolving operational issues as they arise.
- Handling food ingredients with care.
- Following manual lifting procedures for items weighing between 5kg and 20kg.
- Assisting in the training and mentoring of new team members.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes.
- Communicating effectively with area leaders to ensure smooth operations.
