Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at 100 Queens Gate Hotel London, Curio Collection by Hilton. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our cocktail menu and be able to make recommendations to guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that the bar area is clean and well-maintained
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
