Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at TOZI Victoria. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, preparing drinks to perfection, and ensuring a smooth service experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine, with the ability to create drinks that cater to guests' preferences.
  • Ensure the bar area is well-maintained, clean, and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent service standards and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, including classic cocktails and spirits.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
