About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake fibroscan clinics and be involved in the testing and treatment of viral hepatitis C for Northern and Eastern services.
- Work as part of the Hepatology Nursing team, delivering an effective and efficient service within the settings of outpatients, community clinics, and inpatient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to discuss patient care plans and contribute to the development of new services and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements
- Registered Band 4 Nursing qualification and experience in a relevant specialty.
- Strong knowledge of liver diseases and their management.
