We are seeking a skilled Communications Manager to join our team at InvitISE Ltd, a leading government client based in the UK. This is an initial 12-month contract paying up to £350 per day, inside IR35.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with an expectation of attending the office one day per week. The successful candidate will require Security Clearance (SC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communications strategies to engage stakeholders and promote organizational change.
  • Manage internal communications to ensure seamless information flow and alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide ad-hoc advice on communications and stakeholder management to senior leaders.
  • Design and deliver change communications to support organizational transformation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in communications management, engagement management, internal communications, organizational change, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
