We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Medicine Specialist to join our team at NHS Professionals. As a Specialty Doctor in Emergency Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in our Emergency Departments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to patients, including clinical leadership and supervision of junior medical staff, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are provided.
- Be proactive in ensuring that all patients receive rapid assessment, treatment, and clinical decision-making, while adhering to Emergency Access Standards.
- Ensure patient safety, dignity, and care are the highest priority and at the centre of all that we do.
- Liaise with clinicians and managers within and outside the department to address issues arising that affect the services.
- Participate in relevant audit and quality assurance processes.
- Communicate with local GPs.
- Valid GMC registration.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Minimum of 3 months paid experience in the NHS/UK.
- 6 months UK paid experience as a doctor.
- Candidate to have MRCP and on the Specialist Register.
This is a full-time or part-time opportunity, with various ad hoc shifts available every time of the day. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 20-50 hours per week.
We offer a competitive rate of pay, from £56.20 social to £57.91 unsocial, paid through PAYE. We do not facilitate payment through LTD/umbrella companies.
