Work Location:
Hellesdon, Norwich

Compensation:
- Weekdays: £11.67
- Nights and Saturdays: £15.75
- Sundays and Bank Holidays: £19.72

Contract Duration:
Temporary to Permanent (12-week probation through agency)

Work Schedule:
Shifts will alternate between days and nights on a weekly basis, covering Monday to Sunday. Rotas will be provided four weeks in advance. Each shift lasts 12 hours.

Grafton Recruitment is seeking Crisis Response Operators for a Public Sector client in Norwich. This role offers fulfilling work and potential for professional advancement.

Key Responsibilities of the Crisis Response Operator:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for callers on a 24-hour basis
  • Differentiate between emergency and non-emergency calls
  • Address requests for urgent resources
  • Document calls from various personnel
  • Offer guidance to callers in accordance with clinical triage protocols

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficient keyboard skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
  • Demonstrated empathy and compassion
  • Willingness to work flexible day and night shifts
  • Aptitude for managing distressing scenarios
