Join a well-established and specialized engineering firm seeking a proactive and versatile maintenance scheduler to enhance their operations. You will play a crucial role in the team and overall company function, managing inquiries from both new and existing clients, prioritizing tasks, scheduling engineers, and collaborating closely with senior management. Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Scheduler:
* Handle incoming calls from existing and repeat customers, understanding their issues, reporting on necessary jobs, and assigning engineers to specific tasks and locations.
* Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure urgent tasks are allocated efficiently.
* Manage the inbox, perform general administrative duties, and more.


Requirements for the Successful Maintenance Scheduler:
* Must be able to commute to the office by car.
* Experience in an engineering setting or knowledge of engineering principles is advantageous.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be proactive, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Enjoy working in an office environment that includes dogs.
