Cleaning Services Team Lead

The Cleaning Services Team Lead is a pivotal role in the delivery of service for our clients' prestigious site. As the Cleaning Services Team Lead, you must take full responsibility and lead the site cleaning provision. You will be responsible and accountable for client satisfaction and team management within the service.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 10-20 cleaning operatives with the workplace supervisors. The ability to build firm relationships and deal with employee issues and concerns is vital for this role.
You will need to produce regular reports and audits for Senior Management and be confident in taking the lead in suggesting better ways of working.
You need to be an excellent communicator with a high level of customer-facing skills and take pride in the delivery of the service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of cleaning operatives and workplace supervisors to ensure the delivery of high-quality cleaning services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services.
- Produce regular reports and audits for Senior Management to ensure the team is meeting the required standards.
- Take the lead in suggesting better ways of working to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the cleaning services.
- Communicate effectively with the team and clients to ensure the delivery of the service.
