We are seeking a full-time, Level 3 qualified Childcare Practitioner to join our dedicated team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate engaging activities tailored to the developmental milestones of your key children.
  • Foster and maintain strong partnerships with parents and caregivers.
  • Ensure the welfare, protection, health, and safety of all children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and safe environment.

What we are looking for:

  • Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Prior experience working with children (ideally in roles such as Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator)
  • A passion for making learning enjoyable and engaging for every child
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents
  • Proficiency in various communication techniques with children and adults
  • Strong understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and relevant legislative requirements for working with children
