About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PR and Content Executive to join our team at Curvy Kate. As a key member of our Brand Marketing department, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing our PR strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our brand ambassador relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • PR Strategy Development: Assist in the development of our PR strategy, aligning with our Brand Marketing plans and objectives.
  • Press Office Management: Maintain an active press office, liaising with media outlets to promote new products, seasonal launches, and industry trends.
  • Event Management: Support the planning and execution of press and influencer events, ensuring seamless logistics and effective communication.
  • Influencer Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing brand ambassadors, identify new influencers to partner with, and manage product gifting.
  • Content Creation: Produce regular blog posts for our website, assist in the development of video content, and create engaging social media posts.
  • Photoshoot Support: Assist in the organization and execution of photoshoots, including product ordering, model selection, and location booking.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the management of our marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular PR and competitor reporting, ensuring data-driven insights inform our marketing strategy.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years' experience in PR and influencer marketing.
  • A passionate, proactive, and creative team player.
  • A solid understanding of the media and influencer landscape.
  • An understanding of social media channels and their role in marketing.
