Strumasters is seeking a skilled M&E Engineer to join our team and cover sites across the region. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organization that supports its staff with further training and career opportunities.

If you're a multi-skilled engineer with experience working across Mechanical and Electrical assets such as generators, split AC systems, chillers, chilled water pumps, pressurization systems, humidifiers, de-humidifiers & controls equipment, as well as heating, plant rooms, emergency lighting, and fire alarms, then this is the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform a mixture of Planned and Reactive Maintenance across Mechanical and Electrical Assets.
  2. Work on a variety of assets such as generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms, plumbing, and HVAC.
  3. Maintain and repair AC & Ventilation systems (split AC systems, chillers, chilled water pumps, pressurization systems, humidifiers, de-humidifiers & controls equipment).
  4. Complete all compliance paperwork.
  5. Support with monthly maintenance tasks & inspections across electrical and mechanical systems when required.
  6. Assist the mobile team with reactive callouts (in normal and out with working hours) when required.
  7. Assist other engineers on planned maintenance, reactive, and installation tasks.
  8. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and compliance requirements while working.
Requirements
  1. Hold relevant qualifications such as AC & Refrigeration and electrical installation qualifications.
  2. Hold Fgas cat 1 certification.
  3. Hold 18th Edition certification.
  4. Manufacture training would be advantageous.
  5. Working at height training (ladders/step ladders).
  6. IPAF & PASMA Training.
  7. Legionella Level 2 Training and Asbestos Awareness Training.
  8. Clean Driving License.
  9. Familiar with CAFM system.
  10. Strong Interpersonal Skills and a Team Player.
