Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Crooton. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service to our residents.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Head of Culinary Operations in creating nutritious and flavorful menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents.
  • Manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head of Culinary Operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Work closely with our procurement team to source fresh, seasonal ingredients and maintain high standards of food quality.
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen management systems to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with our hospitality team to deliver exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition and menu planning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
