About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at Stonor Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expansion in target markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business growth and expansion in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling content for proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Take ownership of commercial targets and demonstrate accountability and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a new business development role, with at least 5 years in sales (3 in a closing role).
  • Skilled in building relationships at the C-suite level.
  • Experience with cloud, data, security, content management, or automation solutions.
  • CRM knowledge, ideally Hubspot.
