Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of European Investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Pursue Real Estate Investment Opportunities
Identify, analyze, and pursue real estate investment opportunities in the European Union.
Lead Negotiations and CommunicationLead negotiations of deal terms and communication with counterparties.
Coordinate and Manage DealsCoordinate and manage deals through the transaction life cycle.
Present Proposed TransactionsPresent proposed transactions to the Investment Committee.
Maintain Market Knowledge and ContactsMaintain relevant market knowledge and contacts to support the identification and analysis of investment opportunities.
Model Potential ReturnsModel potential returns for prospective investments.
Develop Investment MemorandumsDevelop investment memorandums for presentation to the Investment Committee and/or the Board of Directors.
Generate Reports and Industry Tracking PiecesGenerate, maintain, and furnish periodic reports/industry tracking pieces reviewed by senior executives.
Approach the Role with a Positive AttitudeApproach the role with a positive attitude, a diligent work ethic, and a sense of ownership.

Requirements
- Real Estate Acquisition Experience
A minimum of 8+ years of real estate acquisition experience.
Underwriting ExperienceExperience underwriting real estate transactions including corporate/entity-level deals, portfolios, and asset-level deals.
EducationUndergraduate degree with a focus on Real Estate, Business, Commerce, or Finance.
Communication and Analytical SkillsStrong public speaking skills and sharp attention to detail.
Business Acumen and Analytical SkillsRequires a combination of business acumen and strong analytical skills.
Communication and TenacityExcellent communication skills, combined with tenacity, drive, and a desire to succeed.
Team Player MentalityA team player mentality that is focused on working with others to achieve a common goal.
Language SkillsFluency in English is essential; fluency with German and/or French is a strong advantage.
Technical SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
