Purpose of the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join HH Global, a rapidly growing global marketing execution business. Based in Wakefield, the role will work closely with the regional Analytics and Sustainability teams, playing a pivotal part in driving HH Global's accurate measurement and reporting of sustainability performance.

The role is focused on managing and further developing the end-to-end data capture, reporting, and analytics processes used to drive business-critical sustainability and ESG insights, both for HH Global and its impressive client base.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure accurate measurement and reporting of performance against HH Global and client sustainability principles/KPIs.
  2. Drive consistency in data capture, process, measurement, and deployment of sustainability and ESG dashboards, across regions and operating systems.
  3. Review sustainability activity and prepare headline insights for client QBRs/ABRs.
  4. Support initiatives/workstreams aligned to our evolving sustainability capabilities, including carbon calculation & reporting, supply chain diversity, sustainable procurement framework, logistics emissions, end of life analysis, material traceability, nature-based projects, and trends analysis.
  5. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to offer advice and shape sustainability-focused data and analytics solutions.
  6. Support on improving existing reporting processes, stripping out inefficiencies, and proposing improved, automated ways of working.
  7. Analysis, validation, and cleansing of data sets (basic and complex).
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  1. Excellent analytics skills and interpretation/understanding of data and reporting.
  2. Knowledge and ability to extract and manipulate data from varied systems.
  3. Experience of data cleansing, analysis, and reconciliation.
  4. Experience of working closely with teams to deliver project outputs on time.
  5. Able to present complex data in an easy-to-understand manner.
  6. Microsoft office skills, including excellent MS Excel skills.
  7. Experience of Microsoft Power BI reporting & dashboard development ideal (but not essential).
  8. Experience of working in sustainability-focused roles (ideal but not essential).
