About the Role

  • Collaborate with the Business Systems Analyst to identify business problems and data requirements across various stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex data sets and develop solution options for data consumption across different personas.
  • Work with the Report Architect to define best practices for report development and standardize user experience.
  • Design and build prototypes based on user data needs, iterating and improving with the Business Systems Analyst and users.
  • Drive data self-serve initiatives by challenging the status quo and collaborating with technical and business teams.
  • Develop complex reports in tools like SSRS, Power BI, and QlikView.
  • Influence the design of the base data model and semantic layer with the reporting architect.
  • Communicate complex technical problems and solutions to diverse audiences.

About You

  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Proficiency in SSRS and Power BI.
  • Experience in data modeling and designing semantic layers.
