Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain end-to-end management information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with operational colleagues to identify trends and potential issues in management information, and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Produce operational management information in a clear and user-friendly format, using business intelligence tools such as SSRS.
- Work with reporting and IT colleagues to share best practices and optimize the functionality and reporting capabilities of the organization.
- Develop and maintain a change control database to track changes across all MI reporting processes.
- Experience in the finance industry, with a strong understanding of P&L drivers and credit environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, VBA programming, SSIS, and SSRS.
- Excellent data sourcing and manipulation skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
