A Regional HR Advisor will be reporting into the HR Business Partner responsible for Talent/Resourcing/HR across 9 sites, approximately 2000 employees.

Description

The successful candidate will be the 'Go To' person for the region for all things recruitment, Talent, and supporting the HRBP. They will partner with Managers across 9 sites for all white-collar recruitment, talent attraction, advertising vacancies, and working with the hiring manager on the recruitment campaign. They will also track and support all recruitments, manage HRIS, Excel spreadsheets, filters, and Vlook Ups, and support employee engagement projects and HR policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Regional HR Advisor should have:

  • CIPD qualification, working towards or desire to learn.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and company policies.
