We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team at HVAC Recruitment Ltd. As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for performing general building services, fabric maintenance, basic plumbing, and minor electrical work.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities
- Perform fabric maintenance, including repairs and replacements as needed
- Assist with basic plumbing and minor electrical work
- Work on a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive tasks
