Job Title: Charge Nurse - Mental HealthAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at Aderyn, a high-quality step down service for men with enduring mental health conditions. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the quality and management of nursing care and delivering of clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and provide high-quality care and support to service users in a Mental Health setting
  • Support and supervise a team of nurses, promoting good teamwork and effective communication
  • Monitor service users' conditions and respond to changes, making critical decisions regarding service user assignments and staff scheduling
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
  • Positive attitude, naturally caring and compassionate, with a commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice
  • Proven track record of leadership skills and experience in a similar environment
