Senior Trusts & Foundations Fundraising Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trusts & Foundations Fundraising Manager to join our dynamic Fundraising team at Woman's Trust, a leading specialist mental health charity for women who have experienced domestic abuse.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with trusts, foundations, and other donors to secure six-figure grants and support the charity's mission and strategy.
  • Manage the entire grant cycle, from prospecting and research to reporting and evaluation, to ensure successful outcomes and maximize income generation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies and tactics that align with the charity's goals and objectives.

We are a feminist-led charity that empowers survivors of domestic abuse to live a life free from further harm and abuse. Our mission is to provide innovative mental health services for young women and girls, and to create a positive, inclusive, and equitable environment for our staff, service users, and volunteers.

**About You**

We are looking for a creative and tenacious senior fundraiser who is aligned to our feminist ethos and our service users' needs. You will have experience in securing six-figure grants and developing strategic relationships with trusts, foundations, and other donors. You will be able to manage and deliver the whole cycle of income generation, including regular prospecting, grant management, and impactful funder reporting.
