Role Responsibilities

  • Personal Lines Insurance Specialist - possessing a solid understanding of insurance offerings.
  • Engaging with individual clients as well as managing corporate accounts, covering a diverse range of premiums.
  • Fostering and sustaining productive relationships with both insurers and clients.
  • Generating correspondence that meets specified deadlines and quality benchmarks.
  • Managing client accounts comprehensively, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business.
  • Collaborating effectively with Account Executives and Directors to enhance overall team performance.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an insurance brokerage environment.
  • A strong grasp of Personal Lines insurance products, including Motor and Household.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse workload while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong communication skills.
