Paraplanner Role

Lime People Search & Select Ltd is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our team. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors in the preparation of financial plans and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support in the preparation of non-client facing documentation, including financial plans and reports.
  • Conduct research and produce client recommendations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Write reports as directed, utilizing your technical skills and knowledge of financial products.
  • Offer technical support and backup to our directors, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Carry out client portfolio reviews, analyzing data and providing insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislation changes and FCA requirements, ensuring compliance.
  • Assist in the smooth running of the department, supporting our directors and adhering to company procedures.

We are looking for a Paraplanner with 2+ years of experience in paraplanning and writing suitability reports. You should be proficient in completing client reviews and have a strong understanding of financial products. A Level 4 Diploma in Paraplanning or equivalent experience is highly desirable.

This role is primarily office-based, with the possibility of working from home one day a week. We offer a competitive salary and a supportive working environment.
