Entry-Level Electrical Installation Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the installation of traffic management systems, including signals, controllers, pedestrian crossings, and related equipment.
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks across multiple job sites.
  • Execute electrical testing and pre-commissioning assessments.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and fellow contractors on-site.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed according to specifications, meeting high-quality standards and deadlines.
  • Engage in required training for product and industry certifications.
  • Be prepared for flexible working hours to accommodate service and contract requirements.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines, prioritizing the identification and management of hazards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferably hold an electrical qualification or relevant experience (training is available for those without).
  • Demonstrate a cooperative and proactive attitude, with a readiness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to shift between tasks and work locations while acquiring new skills.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and dedicated to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • A valid UK Driving License is necessary; a company vehicle and tools will be provided.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and at elevated heights.
