The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of ministerial candidates, probationers, and those serving on Methodist stations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies for candidating, oversight of probationers, transferring of ministers, and authorisation of ordained ministers.
  • Provide administrative support to the Conference Office and ensure the smooth operation of ministerial processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address gaps in ministerial support and governance.
  • Ensure compliance with ministerial terms of service and relevant policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a related field.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.

  • Deep understanding of Methodist Church policies and procedures.
