We are expanding our team and seeking a Project Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in our ongoing success. In the dynamic energy sector, Project Coordinators are essential to our growth and effectiveness.
The primary focus of this position will be the Market Wide Half Hourly Settlements (MHHS) Migration. This initiative involves transitioning E.ON Next customers to a new market-wide half hourly settlements framework, overseeing all transitional processes and dual operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent, critical projects across various departments with efficiency.
- Enhance team performance and quality by holding members accountable, removing barriers, and mentoring junior staff.
- Establish project timelines and scopes while ensuring timely and consistent value delivery, facilitating project meetings and status updates.
- Encourage team empowerment, ensuring each member contributes meaningfully and is invested in the project's success.
Specific Tasks for MHHS Migration
- Successfully execute the migration of customers to the MHHS operating model.
- Develop a comprehensive migration strategy, establish a high-level customer migration plan, and ensure all prerequisites for migration are met.
- Manage senior stakeholders across E.ON UK and the broader energy industry, serving as the primary contact for migration communications.
- Coordinate dependencies with other company initiatives that may affect this migration.
Qualifications
- Analytical and articulate, capable of conveying complex concepts to executive audiences.
- Demonstrated experience (4+ years) in leading projects to successful outcomes, particularly within the Energy or Utility sectors.
- Proven ability to cultivate effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Strong influencing skills to guide decision-making processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging with business and IT professionals at all levels.
- Results-oriented with a focus on outcomes rather than processes.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with frequently changing demands.
- Customer-centric approach, prioritizing the success of our customers.
- Creative problem-solving skills, maintaining a focus on both details and the overall vision.
