Pharmacy Director

Daytime Healthcare is seeking an experienced and confident Pharmacy Manager to lead their pharmacy service in a National Private Hospital Group in Kent.
As a key member of the hospital team, you will be responsible for providing an exemplary pharmacy service, in accordance with current legislation, clinical requirements and accepted professional and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive pharmacy strategy to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Lead a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide a range of pharmacy services, including medication management and clinical pharmacy services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal health outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager in a hospital setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
