About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Business Analyst to join our team at Snowfox Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly flash forecasts, quarterly reforecasts, annual budget, and long-term plans.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and KPIs, highlighting key trends and performance indicators.
Technology Implementation

You will support the development and deployment of Anaplan for financial planning and forecasting, and management reporting. Additionally, you will assist in the implementation and utilization of PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

You will work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and IT, to gather data and ensure alignment of financial goals. You will also present financial analysis and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or a related finance role, preferably within a large organization.
  • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Previous involvement in system implementation projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
  • Experience with financial planning software, particularly Anaplan, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights.
