About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Diligenta. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, ensuring that our customers receive seamless support during critical moments in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service through inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize comprehensive training to develop expertise in life assurance, savings, investments, and pension plans, ensuring a deep understanding of our customers' needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
